Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return, as specified in the conditions of sale - right to return.

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all accessories, tags, user manuals, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@madrigal-design.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and the address for returning the goods. In most cases, we can also send you a prepaid return merchandise label. You are responsible for the return shipping costs while the initial shipping costs of the product, except for any expedited shipping surcharges, will be fully refunded. It is understood that if the product is defective, you will also be reimbursed for the cost of return. 
 
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is outside of Italy, it may take longer than expected for the goods to be shipped. You can always contact us with any return questions at info@madrigal-design.com.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

CHANGES

The quickest way to exchange products is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to its original payment method within 14 days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
