Shipping

Orders received by 12 PM Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 PM are processed and shipped the next business day. When we can use Amazon Logistics, orders are shipped within hours of payment.

As soon as the package ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Thereafter, you will always receive a shipment tracking code via e-mail. Keep in mind that product unavailability, large number of orders, problems with the postal service, or other unforeseen events may cause a delay in package shipment.

Your order may be shipped in different parcels or shipments.

SHIPPING TO ITALY
We offer free shipping to Italy on orders of at least €29.90 with average transit time of 24/72 hours (Poste Delivery Business or UPS or other carrier). If you are in a hurry, you can purchase the express surcharge (UPS or other carrier) with 24/36 hour delivery. Keep in mind that these are approximate estimates and transit times vary by delivery address. When we ship with Amazon Logistics we do not know from which warehouse the goods will leave and which carrier will be used but in the tracking email you will receive the link to track the shipment and the estimated delivery date.

SHIP IN EUROPE
We offer shipping to Europe with costs starting at € 9.90. The exact shipping cost is calculated at check-out and varies depending on the country/CAP of destination and quantity or volume of goods purchased. We ship with UPS or other carriers. When we ship with Amazon Logistics we do not know from which warehouse the goods will leave and which carrier will be used but in the tracking email you will receive the link to track the shipment and the estimated delivery date.

IRRECT ADDRESSES
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter in your order. If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for delivery, return, and any storage charges.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Unforeseen events can happen. However, we strive to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation and related payment.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you have not received your order but the courier has reported that it has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail. We will file a complaint with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order upon completion of the investigation which can take up to 21 days.
